Returns & Exchanges

At Pilgrim Surf + Supply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear or apparel isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, affix it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
