We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that certain items, such as surfboards and vintage goods, are final sale.

Can I pick up my online order in-store?
Yes, we offer local pickup at our Brooklyn and Tokyo locations. Simply select 'In-Store Pickup' as your shipping method during the checkout process.
How do I care for my Pilgrim Surf + Supply garments?
To ensure longevity, we recommend washing most of our cotton and technical garments in cold water and hanging them to dry. Specific care instructions can be found on the interior tag of each piece.
